If needed we can economically scan your documents before data entry, or you can send us your scanned documents electronically. We utilize leading edge scanning equipment and highly sophisticated technology to scan a wide range of document types. Quick Turnaround Time at 20% Less Cost:
Our input can be either paper or scanned images. We use high speed scanners to scan the source documents. The image files (*.TIF images) are then sent to our data entry division for content development.
We have high speed lines at out production facility. Clients have their own FTP account to upload data at any time. Once we have the data we can offer very quick turnaround time at 20% less cost to you.

Quality and Audit Procedures:
We offer blind double key verification. That means we data enter the documents twice by two different operators. When there is a mismatch between what is keyed by the first operator and the second operator, an error is confirmed and rectified by a third audit inspector. This leads to the highest quality levels.
All projects are controlled by team leaders who randomly check operators for continued accuracy. New operators are 100% checked until they become familiar with the project and meet out requirements. All data entry operators are evaluated for speed and accuracy on an ongoing basis.
