Marketing and Customer Service Audit
This audit provides you a “snapshot” of your current marketing and customer service operations and provides you with detailed recommendations for improvement. We will provide an overview of current marketing, business operations, sales tracking, key competitors, and customer satisfaction along with specific action recommendations.
The audit will cover three key areas:
- Owner/Manager Evaluation:
- Includes a review of the organizations’ goals and detailed personal interview of the owner/manager regarding all aspects of the business.
- Employee Evaluation:
- Ascertains product knowledge and current customer service aptitude and sales ability of your employees. This will provide you a detailed strengths and weaknesses evaluation of your employees in several key areas.
- Customer Service/Sales Audit:
- Includes actual evaluations of your facility, employee product knowledge, sales efforts, and customer service by our personnel acting as customers.
The total cost is $1,450 for up to three locations.
At the end of the weeklong audit we will provide you a detailed marketing and customer service analysis of your business with specific “action” recommendations.
